Larissa Benites · Psychologist · CRP 06/227003
A child described as “difficult”. A teenager who has stopped sharing. A woman who never allows herself to pause. An athlete still caught in the last mistake. My work begins before the quickest explanation.

Who I work with
Emotions, behaviour, school, fears, relationships and family changes, using age-appropriate resources.
Anxiety, identity, autonomy, family, school and sport, with careful attention to privacy and family involvement.
Overload, self-pressure, anxiety, relationships, boundaries and personal or professional transitions.
Pressure, confidence, fear of mistakes, injuries, decision-making and relationships within sport.

How I work
“What are we missing when we explain someone too quickly?”
I am Larissa Benites Lima, a Brazilian psychologist registered under CRP 06/227003. I do not use one fixed script for every person. Sessions are shaped around the person in front of me, their history, relationships and current context.
Online care is available for people whose location and professional regulations allow this format. We can clarify suitability during the first contact.
Getting started
The first contact is practical and simple. You may write in English or Portuguese.
Tell me who is looking for support and whether you prefer online or in-person sessions.
I will explain availability, format and fees before you decide.
We begin with what feels possible to share. There is no required script.
Common questions
